Amenities & House Notes
• Outdoor Kitchen (shared): gas hob, BBQ, sink, basic cookware, plates, cutlery, kettle, ideal for simple meals.
• Pool: available in warm season (dismantled/covered in winter - garden areas remain open).
• Heating: full central heating, portable radiators/space heaters are provided where needed; extra blankets available.
• Wi‑Fi: Starlink 100MB, ideal for video calls, streaming and gaming. Ethernet connection also available.
• Parking: on‑site, free.
• Sustainability: solar energy, well water, eco cleaning products, recycling points.

Guests Policy
Adults & Families:
Adults‑only retreat. Ibiza Wellness Suite may accept 1 or 2 older children/teens (10–15 yrs minimum) upon request.
Quiet & Respect:
Quiet hours 22:30–08:00.
Respect the land, trees, and neighbours.
Smoking & Parties:
No parties or loud gatherings.
Smoking only in designated outdoor areas.
Pets:
Please inquire first; not generally accepted due to wildlife and farm balance.
Jacuzzi Use (Ibiza Wellness Suite):
Max 30–40 minutes per session, do not add oils/salts.
Shower before use. Follow safety notices.
Winter Notes:
Pool out of service; garden, chill‑out, and outdoor kitchen remain accessible.
Bring warm layers for evenings; the countryside can be crisp.
Check‑in/Check‑out:
Check‑in 15:00–20:00 (self check‑in available upon request). Check‑out by 11:00.
Late check‑out subject to availability (+€20).
